Today, housing is a worry for a large number of Nigeriens. Low-income households, in particular young civil servants, are the principal victims of the Niger property market crisis. The housing sector is experiencing a chronic deficit in supply versus demand. To facilitate housing access, Soniprim plans to build 550 housing units comprised of: 250 F3 units and 300 F4 units.
